Let's consider what the Bible says about our inheritance and properties. In Colossians 3:2 WEB it is written,"Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth."

This tells us to focus on the spiritual and internal survey of ourselves over the physical and material wealth that can be fleeting and should have physical things put second to our faith. The only true and lasting inheritance and property is our place in God's Kingdom which is not fleeting through the salvation of Jesus Christ, the Son of God..

Please note, identifying Jesus Christ as the Son of God is essential to being saved and your prayers and communication to God are possible because of Jesus Christ. It's written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." This also is an opportunity to affirm belief in the name of Jesus and Jesus' words in John 14:13-14 WEB
"Whatever you will ask in My name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in My name, I will do it."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Furthall. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in this situation regarding the ancient property. Help Furthall to discern Your purpose and to align their heart with Your plans.

Lord, guide Furthall to seek Your Kingdom and Your righteousness above all else, trusting that You will provide according to Your riches in glory. Give them wisdom and understanding. In all things help Furthall remember and honor The Savior Jesus Christ with their God granted possessions and control of their assets.

Remind them Your word States in 1 Timothy 6:17-19 WEB "Charge those who are rich in this present world that they not be arrogant, nor have their hope set on the uncertainty of riches, but on the living God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy; that they do good, that they be rich in good works, that they be ready to distribute, willing to communicate, laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold of eternal life."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
