THE CITY WHO REFUSES TO REPENT​

It's ironic, and insanely hypocritical, to me that, though Nazareth, by accusing Jesus of not being humble and denouncing Him as evil, denied the very same power by which they demanded to be blessed. They then got mad when that power, which again they had denied, was cut off from them, so they plotted to to kill Jesus. Wheeeeew, that’s a lot: the epitome of lukewarm. Matthew 13:58 (AMP) And He did not do many works of power there, because of their unbelief (their lack of faith in the divine mission of Jesus). It's like, by greatly diminishing the miracles, and even redistributing them, Jesus was saying to Nazareth, YOU EITHER BELIEVE, OR YOU DON'T.

"Beelzebub, they called Him."​

Because God has foreknowledge of man's propensity to misjudge and mislabel that which he does not understand, as "evil." And, it is because of that propensity that God doesn't stop at wisdom. Wisdom is the principle thing, but God desires that we understand the knowledge and wisdom that is freely given; therefore, as it is written: "In all thy getting, get understanding."


Because God’s ways and thoughts are not like ours, His strategies are not known to all. While it often appears that His servants are guilty, from man’s point of view, “Wisdom is justified by Her children.” Therefore, God will sometimes allow certain scenarios to play out, (lest He shorten for the sake of His elect), that His vengeance, that which He has threatened, will not be "without cause." For, He is a JUST God.


Are your sins worse than mine; are mine worse than yours? Luke 13:5 I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish." Yet, your idols will instruct you to do everything but repent. But, THUS SAITH THE LORD: Acts17:30 In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now He commands ALL PEOPLE everywhere to repent.

Matthew 24:8 All these are the beginning of birth pains.

Our inclination for eternal life in heaven is to love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind and soul. Our natural tendency says no, dont do this, but Jesus continues to call all of us. Follow Me.... says the Lord. Whom should we obey? What should we do? Let us all behave the way Jesus did. Loving others, healing the sick, raising up the dead and teaching and preaching Gods word to them.
