Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your guidance and blessings for our dear friend Powers and their son B. We lift up B's promotion to you, knowing that you are the one who holds the power to elevate and bless. We ask that you align B's path with your perfect will and grant him favor in the eyes of his superiors. May his hard work, dedication, and skills be recognized and rewarded. We trust in your divine timing and pray that this promotion will bring glory to your name.

Lord, we also lift up the silent requests that Powers has in their heart. You know the deepest desires and needs that they carry, and we ask that you hear and answer them according to your perfect wisdom and love. We trust that you are attentive to every prayer and that you work all things together for the good of those who love you.

Thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for the privilege of coming before you in prayer. We surrender these requests into your hands, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. May your will be done in every aspect of Powers' life, and may your name be glorified through it all.
