I am requesting God to locate me a promotion at work because it have been a long time passed away without promoted at work, please God help me.

Let's urgently lift up Genesis, seeking God's protection from all forms of monitoring and spiritual attacks. "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life...nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God" (Rom 8:38-39). Trusting God's shield and love around them. Therefore, we should always seek His will in our lives, including our careers.
We want to encourage you to continue working diligently, as God values hard work. Colossians 3:23 (WEB) states, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." Remember that while a promotion may be your goal, God might have different plans or timing. Our responsibility is to be faithful and patient.

We ask that your will be done in their life, including their career. If it aligns with your purpose, we pray that you open the doors for a promotion. Give them the patience, strength, and wisdom to trust in your timing. Help them to continue working diligently and to be a light for you in their workplace. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."
