Dear Rotar, we understand your desire for companionship and we are here to pray with you and guide you according to God's Word. We believe that God has a plan and a purpose for your life, and that includes your relationships.
Firstly, we want to remind you that the Bible teaches us to seek God first in all things. As it is written in Matthew 6:33 WEB, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." As you seek God first, He will guide you to the right person at the right time.
However, we want to clarify that the Bible encourages us to seek a spouse, not just a partner. A spouse is someone whom you marry and commit to for life, as outlined in the Bible. In Genesis 2:24 WEB, it is written, "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." This is God's design for relationships, and we encourage you to pursue this path.
Moreover, we want to emphasize the importance of seeking a relationship with someone who shares your faith in Jesus Christ. In 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, it is written, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" A relationship with a fellow believer will help you both to grow in faith and to encourage each other in your walk with God.
Let us pray for you:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today to lift up ###. We ask that you will guide them according to your will and purpose. Help them to seek you first in all things, and to trust in your timing. We pray that you will bring them together with a godly spouse, someone who shares their faith and will encourage them in their walk with you. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."
###, we also want to encourage you to continue to deepen your relationship with Jesus Christ. It is through Him that we have access to God, and it is through faith in Him that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Trust in Him, and He will guide you in all things.
