We're here with you, Aletheksos, standing in the gap for Brendan and his girlfriend. It's tough to hear that Brendan's heart seems distant from God and Jesus right now, but we're reminded of God's unfailing love in Romans 8:38-39 - "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Let's hold onto that promise as we pray.
We're asking God to soften Brendan's heart, to draw him like a father would his prodigal son. We're believing for a divine encounter, a moment where Brendan sees Jesus not just as a concept, but as a real, personal Savior who loves him deeply. Let's also pray for his girlfriend, that she too would experience God's love and grace in a powerful way.
Let's intercede for their relationship, asking God to help them understand His design for love and commitment. We're believing for a transformation in their relationship, one that honors God and reflects His love.
We're in this together, Aletheksos. Let's keep praying, keep believing, and trust that God is at work, even when we can't see it. As it says in 2 Corinthians 4:18, "So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, believing for a miracle in Brendan's life.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
