We understand your struggle with procrastination and laziness, Myrimnir, and we are here to pray and encourage you in the name of Jesus Christ. Remember, it is through His name that we have access to God, as it is written: "In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Firstly, we want to address that the feelings of low self-esteem, depression, and worthlessness are not from God. He knitted you together in your mother's womb, and you are "fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:14 WEB). You have immense value because you are God's creation, and He loves you deeply.
Procrastination and laziness are indeed obstacles that can hinder us from becoming the person God intended us to be. The Bible warns against laziness: "The soul of the sluggard desires, and has nothing, but the desire of the diligent shall be fully satisfied." (Proverbs 13:4 WEB).
Let us pray for you, Myrimnir:
"Father, we lift up Myrimnir to You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your forgiveness where they have fallen short due to procrastination and laziness. Lord, we pray for a renewing of their mind and spirit, that they may be transformed and walk in Your will. Give them the strength to overcome these challenges, and help them to seize the opportunities You place before them. Comfort their heart, Lord, and remind them of their worth in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to meditate on Philippians 4:13, which says, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Trust that God's strength is made perfect in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Stand firm in the knowledge that you are a child of God, and He is with you to help you overcome these struggles. Keep your focus on Jesus, and He will guide your path.
