We are lifting up in prayer this morning for the individual undergoing a procedure on their back. We pray that God's healing hand will be upon them, that there will be no pain, and that the procedure will be successful. We stand on the promise of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds," trusting that God's will shall be done.
In the name of Jesus, we rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety and pray for a calm and peaceful spirit over them, as it is written in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We also lift up the medical team, praying for wisdom, skill, and compassion as they care for this individual. May their hands be guided by the Great Physician, and may they be a blessing to this person and their loved ones.
Let us pray.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this person and their medical team. Grant a successful procedure, minimal pain, and a calm spirit. Guide the hands of the medical team and bless them with the wisdom and skills needed to facilitate Your healing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage everyone involved to continue trusting in God's goodness and mercy, knowing that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
