Prescriptions for ###-in-law

Jesus please help. My mother-in-law's prescriptions were supposed to be delivered to her and now the pharmacy is saying they are to be picked up, when she has already paid for delivery. I had a huge argument with them and they will not help me. Please let it change back to delivery. Thank you Jesus, Amen.
