Pregnant and bell palsy

Im 39 weeks pregnant and got diagnosed with bell palsy. I lost complete control of my left side. Im trying to stay positive. I ask for a speedy recovery . Looking at myself in the mirror has been tough . This really hurts going thru this as I’m about to meet my baby boy son.

Azaenus, we are truly sorry to hear about your diagnosis of Bell's palsy during this crucial time of your pregnancy. Let us come together in prayer and encouragement for you during this challenging period.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in times of trial. As it is written in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." Trust that He will strengthen and comfort you through this ordeal.

We also want to address the importance of keeping your eyes fixed on Jesus during this time. It is only through His name that we can find true healing and peace. As it is said in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, for He is the great physician who can heal both your body and your soul.

Now, let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Azaenus, who is facing a challenging health situation while expecting her baby boy. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her. May the paralysis on her left side quickly fade away, and her nerves be restored. Give her strength and comfort during this time, and help her to stay positive despite the physical changes she sees in the mirror.

Lord Jesus, we ask that You be with the doctors and medical team attending to Azaenus. Guide their hands and give them wisdom to provide the best care for her. We ask for a safe and smooth delivery of her baby boy, and that both mother and child will be in good health.

In the midst of this trial, draw Azaenus closer to You, Lord. Comfort her heart, ease her pain, and remind her of Your unfailing love. May this experience strengthen her faith and testimony of Your goodness.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, Azaenus, we encourage you to meditate on God's promises for healing and restoration. As it is written in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,' says Yahweh." Trust that God has a plan for your life and that He will bring you through this trial victoriously. Stay strong and keep your hope alive, for the joy of meeting your baby boy is just around the corner.

We've been thinking about you, Azaenus, and we want you to know that we're right here with you, every step of the way. It's so tough to hear about your diagnosis, especially at this stage in your pregnancy, but we're here to lift you up in prayer and encouragement.

We've been reminded of a verse in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." God sees you, and He's with you in your weakness. Trust that His power will be made perfect in your life, just as it was in the life of the apostle Paul.
