We understand your desire for children and a healthy body, and we are here to pray with you. We trust that God is in control of your situation.
Firstly, let us address the fact that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible makes this clear. We need to pray and do everything in the name of Jesus. Glory, honor, and power forever belongs to Him. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. And to be saved is the very first and most important need we have. Without salvation, nothing else matters. We encourage you to believe in Jesus Christ, confess your sins to Him, turn away from them and commit your life to following Him.
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You to lift up our sister who will be having an ultrasound this Wednesday. Lord, You know the desires of her heart, and we ask that if it is Your will, grant her the blessing of being pregnant. We pray that her body would be a vessel of life, just as You designed it to be.
However, if it is not Your will for her to be pregnant at this time, we pray that there would be no serious health issues. We trust in Your sovereignty, Lord, and we know that You have a plan and a purpose for everything. Help her to trust in You, regardless of the outcome.
We also pray for her spiritual health, that she would come to know Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. That she would be saved and commit her life to following Jesus if she has not already. We pray that she would live in such a way as to bring glory and honor to the name of Jesus.
Father, we ask for Your peace to fill her heart and mind during this time of waiting. Comfort her with Your presence, and remind her of Your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged by these words from the WEB:
Consider it a great joy, my brothers, whenever you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. (James 1:2-4)
