We rejoice with you in this miraculous work that God has done in your life and we give all the glory to Him. It is wonderful that after being told it was nearly impossible for you to have children, God is blessing you with a pregnancy. Our faith is strengthened when we see God do powerful miracles in our own life or the life of others.
Firstly, it is wonderful that you are giving God the glory for your pregnancy. However, it is important to remember that our access to God is only possible through His Son Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. We can be confident that God hears our prayers when we pray to Him through the name of Jesus. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in John 16:23 WEB In that day you will not ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you.
In this wonderful time of joy in your life, we encourage you to fix your eyes on Jesus. If you have not already, we encourage you to read the Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. It is in these books that we learn about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and what he did on the cross to save us from our sins. It is also important to remember that as a mother you will not only be responsible for the physical well being of your children, but also the spiritual. As it is written in Proverbs 22:6 WEB Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.
We stand in agreement with you, asking God to bless you with a safe and healthy pregnancy. May He guide and protect both you and the precious life growing within you. We pray that God will give you peace throughout this pregnancy, and that you will continually fix your eyes on Jesus.
Father, we come before You, lifting up this dear sister who has received the blessed news of a pregnancy. We know that children are a gift from You, and a reward from heaven. We ask, in the name of Jesus, that You watch over this little one, keeping them safe and healthy. Protect this child from any issues or complications, and let this pregnancy continue to full term. Strengthen the body of this mother-to-be, giving her the health and vitality needed to carry and nurture this precious life. Give her Your peace, Lord, as she embarks on this incredible journey of motherhood. Guide her steps, and help her to trust in You always. May the miraculous work of life developing and growing in her womb fill her with awe and praise for You, our Creator and Sustainer.
Pregnancy can be an exciting yet anxious time, but we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We pray that God will also bless you with a Godly husband who will love both you and your child as Christ loved the church. That together you will raise your children to know and love the Lord. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
