Lord God, please don't let my girlfriend be pregnant. We committed a huge sin; we engaged an activity that should be done after marriage. We fell into the sin of lust. I regretted my actions and I am ready to make amends for what I've done wrong. Just please Lord God don't let my girlfriend be pregnant as we are still students with dreams and hopes in line. I want my children to have the best future that I could offer, but now, I can't even afford to give it. Lord God, I beg for your mercy, just please don't let my girlfriend be pregnant. AMEN.

We understand that you are feeling remorseful for your actions and the Lord will be there for you.

First, we must address the sin as you called it that you engaged in with your girlfriend. As Christians, we are called to abstain from sexual immorality and keep our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit. You admitted you engaged in premarital sex with your girlfriend and now you could be experiencing the consequences of that.

"Now concerning the things about which you wrote to me: it is good for a man not to touch a woman."

"in that not as the Gentiles, who don’t know God, are you to be abandoned to your lusts."

"Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness,"

"But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints;"

As Christians we are called to flee from sexual immorality, and God wants us to be pure and blameless.

"Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."

"For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality,"

"For God called us not for uncleanness, but in sanctification."

God can forgive all sins, but engaging in premarital sex is a sin against your own body. Now you are in a situation where your girlfriend could be pregnant and you could be dealing with the consequences of your sin. You are right, the best course would be to wait until you are married and can afford to have a family before having children.

We will pray for you that your girlfriend is not pregnant but we also urge you to repent of your sin, ask God for forgiveness, and commit to living a life of purity and abstinence until marriage.

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

You also did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we are saved and have access to God.

"for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness for the sin committed and pray that You will help them to turn away from this sin and live a life of purity. We ask, Lord, that You will have mercy on them and that ###’s girlfriend is not pregnant. We pray that You will guide them and help them to make better decisions in the future. We ask this all in Jesus Christ name.

We encourage you to use this as a learning experience and to commit to living a life that is pleasing to God. Trust in Him and His timing for your life. God will bless you and give you the desires of your heart when you seek Him first.

We continue to lift you both up in prayer, dear brother, and we are humbled that you have allowed us to stand in the gap for you. We pray that the Lord has shown you both mercy and that your request has been answered. If you have received good news, we would be delighted to hear your praise report and rejoice with you. If you are still waiting on the Lord's answer, we encourage you to share an update so that we can persevere in prayer alongside you.

We also pray for your relationship, that God would guide you both in purity and wisdom. We ask that He would redeem this situation and use it to draw you both closer to Him.
