We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life and your current situation. We are thankful that you have come to us with a hopeful and thankful heart, and we join you in praying for peace, protection, healing, and breakthrough in all areas of your life.
Firstly, we want to address the issue of divorce. The Bible tells us that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16 WEB). It is important to remember that marriage is a covenant before God and should not be broken. However, we also recognize that there are instances where separation may be necessary due to unrepentant adultery or abandonment by an unbelieving spouse (Matthew 5:32, 1 Corinthians 7:15 WEB).
We pray that God will bring conviction to ###'s heart and restore your marriage according to His will. We pray that God will give you wisdom, strength, and guidance throughout this process. We also pray for a righteous outcome in your upcoming court date, that God's will be done, and that His name be glorified.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister in Christ. We thank You for bringing her through this week and for her hopeful and thankful heart. Lord, we pray for Your peace, protection, healing, and breakthrough in every area of her life.
Father, we pray for her marriage. We ask that You would bring conviction to her husband's heart and restore their marriage according to Your will. We pray for a righteous outcome in their upcoming court date, that Your will be done, and that Your name be glorified.
We also pray for all of God's children, that You would draw them closer to You, and that Your will be done in their lives.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in God and to seek His will for your life. Remember that God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB). We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and support during this time.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only through His name that we can be saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12 WEB). Continue to put your faith and trust in Him.
