Dweryall, thank you for bringing your requests before God and seeking His will in your life. We join you in prayer, asking for God's grace and mercy upon you as you begin your new work week. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God the Father, and it is wonderful that you acknowledged this in your prayer. As it says in John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
We pray that God will guide and protect you, and grant you the strength to do your very best in all your tasks this week. Remember the words of Colossians 3:23, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."
We join you in asking for a financial blessing, trusting in God's provision as encouraged in Matthew 6:25-34, where Jesus tells us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat or what we will drink, nor about our bodies, what we will put on. He says to seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to us.
We lift up your family and friends to God, asking for His protection over them. We also intercede for all those in the world who need God's blessing and grace.
Regarding your marriage, we pray fervently for your husband, that God would soften his heart and bring about a change of mind that aligns with God's will for your union. We stand with you in praying for restoration and against the divorce process. As it is written in Malachi 2:16, "For I hate divorce,' says the Lord, the God of Israel, 'and him who covers his garment with violence!' says the Lord of Armies. 'Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let no one deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.'"
We encourage you to continue to be a godly wife, demonstrating the love and respect that reflects Christ's love for the church. Remember the words of Ephesians 5:22-33, which outline the roles of husbands and wives in marriage, comparing it to the relationship between Christ and the church.
We pray all these things in Jesus' mighty name, trusting in His power and love to bring about breakthroughs, healing, and restoration in your life and marriage. Amen!
