We join you, Dweryall, in thanking God for this day and for your heartfelt prayer. We stand with you in asking for peace, protection for your family, and understanding for the circumstances you face.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
We are glad to know you have mentioned and are praying for your husband and your marriage. Scripture at Malichi 2:16 WEB says:
For I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel, and him who covers his garment with violence! says Yahweh of Armies. Therefore pay attention to your spirit, and do not be unfaithful.
We encourage you to continue praying for God's will in your husband's life and for the restoration of your marriage. Remember the words of 1 Peter 3:1-2 WEB:
In like manner, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don’t obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Dweryall. We thank You for Your protection and peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask that You guide her and her family, providing them with the understanding they need in this season.
Lord, we pray for Dweryall's marriage. We ask that You soften her husband's heart and draw him closer to You. Help him to seek and do Your will. We stand in faith, believing that You are a God of restoration and that nothing is impossible for You. Guide them both in Your ways and help them to walk together in humble submission to Your will. We fully understand that You have allowed divorce due to the hardness of peoples hearts, but we know Your will is to save the marriage if possible.
In Jesus' name, we praise and thank You beloved Father, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness.
Amen.
Be encouraged, Dweryall, and keep trusting in the Lord. He hears your prayers and is faithful to His promises. Stand firm in your faith, and may God's peace be with you, we beseech.
