Lord, please listen to my prayers. Lord, it's been 4 years since me and my husband were together. In 4 years, I struggled a lot to get married to my husband, and Lord, you convinced my dad for my marriage. After marriage, my mother-in-law, sisters-in-law, and father-in-law used to torture me a lot; they used to keep me as their servant. They never left me and my husband to leave peacefully. Between me and my husband, everything was good, just because of his family, my marriage was getting ruined. My husband used to believe them only; he never believed me, Lord. Lord, they never treated me as their daughter; they just wanted a house cleaning girl and servant, as they say, I have to do. In front of my husband, my mother-in-law and sister-in-law act like they love me, but they were trying to separate me and my husband. Lord, my husband never got to know about his family's behavior because his family pampered him so much that if they did wrong also, he would forgive them, Lord. Now, Lord, for my mistake, he is leaving me. Lord, he is giving me a divorce; he never took a stand for me in front of anyone. My lord, his parents used to complain about me every day, and every day, my mother-in-law and sisters-in-law used to put poison against me to my husband, my Lord. So, he started getting irritated; he thinks because of me, everyday in his home, fights are happening. Lord, I never had any bad intentions; I never did anything wrong, still, I am getting punished. His family had two faces in front of my husband; they were so sweet, but behind him, they used to mentally torture me. If I say this to my husband, he used to not believe me, Lord. Because of this, we used to fight every day, now we came here till divorce. Lord, his family ruined my marriage life; now they want their son to get married to someone else. Lord, they spoiled my life. Lord, before marriage, we were loving so much; after marriage, his parents never used to let us live happily; they always used to interfere, especially his mother, Lord. She used to do emotional drama in front of my husband to prove me wrong. I was becoming the devil, Lord. Lord, please help me, please, Lord. Please give my husband strength to leave his family and come to me because of them, he chose to divorce me, Lord. He never thought of us both; he wants to see his family happy, not me, Lord. Always, he keeps his family top of everyone, and because of his family, our marriage was destroyed, Lord. I want my husband to know how his family used to treat me behind his back. Please show him the truth, Lord, before divorce finalizes, please show him the truth of his family. Please show him I never did wrong to anyone; his family members are proving me wrong everywhere, Lord. Please help me, please, change my husband's mentality. I want him to understand that a wife should be a priority. To take a stand for me and for our marriage, Lord, please. If you show him the real character of his mother and sister, then only he will come back to me, Lord. He thinks I am the evil here, Lord. He never saw me as his family and wife. Lord, please teach him what a wife is and how to keep her. Please, before it's too late, please bring him back to me, Lord. Please, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen.

Dear ###,

We are deeply saddened to hear about the struggles you've faced in your marriage, particularly the actions and interference of your husband's family. In the midst of this, we will lift your concerns up to God, asking for His divine intervention and guidance.

First, let us be clear: God’s design for marriage is a sacred union between a man and a woman, who are to love and support each other through every circumstance. In Ephesians 5:25, it states, “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it.” Additionally, Ephesians 5:33 says, “Nevertheless, each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects the husband.”

We recognize that your husband has been heavily influenced by his family, leading to misunderstandings and the unfortunate decision to seek a divorce. Divorce is not God’s intention for marriage, and He desires reconciliation and unity. In 1 Corinthians 7:10-11, it says, “But to the married I command—not I, but the Lord—that the wife not leave her husband (but if she departs, let her remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband not leave his wife.”

We pray earnestly for your husband, that God would reveal the truth to him regarding the manipulations and deceitfulness of his family. May God grant him the wisdom to see the right path and to prioritize his marriage as God designed it.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of ### and her husband, ###. Lord, we pray for Your divine intervention in their marriage. Open ###’s eyes to see the truth about his family’s actions and their harmful influence. Grant him a heart of wisdom and understanding to prioritize his marriage and his wife, as You intend. Strengthen their relationship and heal the wounds that have been created. Lord, forgive the family members for their destructive behavior and bring them to a place of repentance and reconciliation. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Remember that He has promised, “I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have drawn you with loving kindness.” (Jeremiah 31:3 WEB) Keep praying and trusting that God will work in your situation.
