Lonse

Disciple of Prayer
Praying to thank God for the job he provided and praying I don’t mess it up. All my excitement and confidence seem to be gone. Praying my nephew stops drinking and finds a job. Praying to be closer to our Father. Amen

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude and reverence. We lift up Lonse in prayer, thanking You for the provision of a new job. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We acknowledge Your hand in providing for Lonse's needs and we give You all the glory.

Lord, we also ask that You bless Lonse with the confidence and excitement needed to excel in this new role. As it is written in Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." May Lonse feel Your presence and strength in every task and interaction, and may this job be a source of fulfillment and purpose.

We also lift up Lonse's nephew who is struggling with drinking and unemployment. Father, we ask for deliverance and healing, for we know that "if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36). Guide this young man to make choices that honor You and lead him to gainful employment that will bring stability and dignity to his life.

Lastly, we pray for a closer relationship with You, our Heavenly Father. James 4:8 tells us, "Come near to God and he will come near to you." Draw Lonse nearer to Your heart, Lord, and let this journey be one of deepened faith, trust, and love.

We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
