Praying to not lose my job

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, on behalf of ###. We lift up their current situation at work, where they may have encountered trouble and are concerned about the possibility of losing their job. We ask, Lord, that you would intervene in this situation and soften the hearts of those in authority at their company.

Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 21:1 that "The king's heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; he turns it wherever he will." We believe that you have the power to change hearts and circumstances according to your will. We ask that you would touch the hearts of those who have the power to make decisions regarding ###'s employment.

Lord, we pray for favor and understanding to be extended towards ###. May their superiors see their dedication, hard work, and the value they bring to the company. Grant them wisdom and discernment to handle any challenges that may arise, and may their actions and words reflect your love and grace.

We also pray for peace and strength for ### during this uncertain time. Help them to trust in your provision and to lean on you for guidance and support. Remind them of your promise in Isaiah 41:10, that you are with them, strengthening and upholding them.

In the name of Jesus, we declare victory over this situation. We believe that you are able to work all things together for the good of those who love you, as stated in Romans 8:28. We trust in your faithfulness and ask that you would bring a positive resolution to this matter.

Thank you, Father, for hearing our prayers and for your unfailing love and mercy. We commit this situation into your hands, knowing that you are in control. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
