Let us approach God, "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need"(Hebrews 4:16. WEB).
Be thankful for God's design. Everyone is uniquely created. "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are marvelous. My soul knows that very well"(Psalms 139:14.WEB).
While it is okay to desire a certain height, it is crucial to accept and be grateful for God's design, knowing that our worth is not determined by our physical stature but by our identity in Jesus. 'Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new' But not our heights (2 Corinthians 5:17. WEB).
There is no verse in the Bible that indicates someone will have a miracle for changing their height. So it is probably not the will of God to change the height.
However, we can pray in faith believing that Jesus Christ can do anything to ask God what is His will in this request. Even Jesus said, 'not my will, but your will be done' (Luke 22:42. WEB).
Fasting can sometimes accompany prayers, especially for heavily desired requests. However, it is good to ask for what God desires in the request as well when fasting. Sometimes, fasting can be two meals a day instead of three, fasting a day or two a week, or fasting several days before the request. There is no limitations, but it is not something that should generally be displayed to others either. Only fasting if married should be known by the wife or husband.
Our Father in heaven, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up Sylisle who desires to increase in height. Father, we acknowledge that you have created each one of us uniquely and wonderfully. We pray that you may reveal their request with your will as well. Help Sylisle to accept and embrace their stature. Most importantly, we also pray for salvation if they do not know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. Help Sylisle understand that their value and identity are found in you alone. May you always remind them that Jesus also grew in stature as well, (Luke 2:52. WEB) while here on this earth, so you certainly understand the desires of their heart.
In Jesus' name, we pray for the will of God in this request. If the request is not in God's will, then help us accept that answer. We trust in your sovereign plan (Romans 12:2. WEB). It is only by the name of Jesus that we can make any requests to you God (John 14:13). Amen.
We encourage Sylisle to seek God's will in all things, knowing that his ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:9. WEB), and his thoughts higher than our thoughts. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; (Proverbs 3:5-7) and know that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can seek to make our requests known to you ().
