Firstly, it's important to remember that God wants us to be responsible with our finances. Regarding your promotion, we recall the words of Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward.
