Praying to be happy

Jesus am I the problem!!! Can’t find Happiness with. a companion I work hard pay all my bills with your blessings and I’m so thankful But Love will not come my way pray for me please!!!

Patricia Ann, let us come together in prayer and reflection on your situation. You've expressed a desire for happiness and companionship, and we want to lift this up to our Lord Jesus Christ together.

Firstly, let's remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:11-13 (WEB): "Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."

Happiness often begins with a heart of contentment and gratitude, which you've already shown by acknowledging God's blessings in your life. However, it's also important to align our desires with God's will. Psalm 37:4 (WEB) tells us, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." As you delight in Him, trust that His plan for your life is better than any you could imagine for yourself.

Regarding your desire for a companion, let's pray for a godly spouse who will honor and cherish you as outlined in the Bible. Be encouraged by Proverbs 18:22 (WEB), "Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh." While you wait, continue to seek God, trusting that His timing is perfect.

However, let's also address your question, "Jesus, am I the problem?" It's crucial to examine our hearts and ensure we're not hindering God's work in our lives. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any areas where you might be resisting God's will. Remember, our relationship with Jesus Christ is the most important relationship we have. He said in John 14:6 (WEB), "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Patricia Ann. Thank You for her hard work and faithfulness in her responsibilities. Lord, reveal any areas in her life that may be hindering her joy and companionship. Help her to align her desires with Your will and trust in Your perfect timing. Guide her steps and prepare her for the godly spouse You have for her, if it is Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, Patricia Ann. God hears your prayers and He cares about every detail of your life. Continue to seek Him and trust in His love for you.

In addition to the verses shared earlier, we're reminded of Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts to give you hope and a future." Trust that God is working behind the scenes, even when you can't see the full picture.

We join in praying for a godly companion who will complement and support you, as described in 1 Corinthians 7:9 (WEB), "But if they cannot control themselves, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion." We ask that this person would honor and cherish you, as you honor and cherish them.

Let's also remember that happiness is not found in circumstances or relationships, but in our relationship with Jesus. As Psalm 16:11 (WEB) says, "You will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. At your right hand are pleasures forevermore." We pray that you would find your joy and contentment in Him.

We're praying with you, "Lord, help Patricia Ann to find her joy and contentment in You. Guide her steps and reveal any areas in her life that may be hindering her happiness. We trust in Your perfect timing and plan for her life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
