Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking your grace and mercy for Keith during this Lenten season. We lift up Vashsorud's prayer request, asking that you would grant Keith the strength and desire to worship you alone, turning away from earthly things that may distract him from a deeper relationship with you.
Lord, we specifically pray that you would remove the love of guns from Keith's mind. We understand that he may have a hobby of collecting guns, but we ask that you would help him prioritize his love for you above all else. Replace any attachment to these earthly possessions with a passion for seeking you and your will for his life.
Father, we also pray for protection over Keith. Shield him from any negative influences or temptations that may lead him astray. We ask that you would reject any unhealthy cravings for alcohol that may be present in his life. Instead, fill his heart and mind with your presence and peace, so that he may find true companionship and fulfillment in you.
Lastly, Lord, we lift up the desire for Keith and Vashsorud to support each other in their spiritual growth. We ask that you would bring them together in a way that strengthens their faith and encourages them to walk closely with you. Shower them with your favor and guidance, leading them on a path of spiritual growth and unity.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, trusting in your love and faithfulness. Amen.
