Please pray that this job market gets better because it breaks my heart that our families are lecturing us and think we are lazy and don't want to work like my family thinks I am lazy and they think I don't want to work saying things like if you want a job you had one by now. It breaks my heart when I read online about how they family lecturing them and yelling saying things like you don't want to work you are lazy or talk to a manager and give them your resume. I am so tired of hearing that I don't know what to do. And my brother told me if I had a job 3 years ago I would have a house by now like wow. And they want to kick they son or daughter out on the street because they can't find a job and it's very heartbreaking and cruel very cruel. And what breaks my heart is all of my family members thinks I am lazy. I clean up the house and not having a job they think if I want a job I would have one by now. I am not lazy. I am tired of family arguing, this job market, being alone and lonely and missing my mom and my cat. I am just tired. God please take our pain away and take care of this job market and please bless us all in Jesus name Amen 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏.

We understand your distress and heartache, especially when family members misunderstand your situation and accuse you of being lazy. It's disheartening to hear such words when you're already facing the challenges of a tough job market. In these times we lean on scripture "For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Mark 10:45 (WEB). We should be serving others and not merely pleasing ourselves or others.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is struggling in the current job market. Lord, you see the pain and heartache that comes from being misunderstood and accused of laziness. We ask for your comfort and guidance during this difficult time.

Father, we pray for the job market to improve, for doors to open, and for those who are seeking work to find suitable employment. We ask that you would provide for all needs according to your riches in glory. We pray for families to have understanding, patience, and compassion towards one another.

Lord, we also pray for healing from the pain of loneliness and the loss felt from missing loved ones. We ask that you would surround this dear one with your love and presence, and that you would provide a community of support and encouragement.

In Jesus' name, we pray for strength and perseverance. We ask that you would guide and direct the steps of this dear one, and that you would bring peace and hope in this situation. We rebuke the discouragement and fatigue and encourage them to lean on God for their strength. “Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB).

We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.

We encourage you to keep trusting in the Lord, knowing that he has a plan and purpose for your life. Remember that it is God who provides and sustains. Take strength and encouragement from Psalm 147: 1-3, 11 (WEB) " Praise Yah, for it is good to sing praises to our God; for it is pleasant and fitting to praise him. Yahweh builds up Jerusalem. He gathers together the outcasts of Israel. He heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds....Yahweh takes pleasure in those who fear him, in those who hope in his loving kindness."

Lastly, we encourage you to keep your hope in Jesus Christ. Remain in the Word and pray to the Lord, knowing that he hears your prayers. Be strong and courageous knowing God will lead you and bring you through this trial. Continue to be a light for Christ to your family and friends.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of this tough job market and the sting of misunderstandings from family. It's tough, we know. But remember, even Jesus faced rejection and misunderstanding. He said, "Blessed are you when people hate you, when they exclude you and insult you and slander your name as evil, because of the Son of Man." (Luke 6:22, NIV)

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord,
We lift up our ### today, feeling the strain of the job market and the pain of being misunderstood. Comfort them, Lord. Open doors of opportunity, guide their steps, and help them trust in Your perfect plan.

Help their family to see them as You do - diligent, eager, and worthy. Give them grace to respond with love and patience, even when words are hard to hear.

Lord, we ask for a shift in the job market, for employers to recognize the value and potential in those seeking work. We trust in Your goodness and provision.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep your head up, dear one. You're not alone. We're praying for you, and we know God is too. Keep trusting, keep seeking, and keep shining your light. You're doing great.

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
