Praying that my Friends house will get sold

My friend has had three contracts for his Georgia home to be sold; however, the contracts didn't pan out due to a potential buyer credit score dropping and was able to obtain the mortgage and potential buyers deciding to change their mind. I'm asking God to send the perfect buyer to purchase the home and the house will be closed on within 30 days of the contract being signed in Jesus name, amen.

We join you in praying for your friend's house to be sold, and we appreciate that you have prayed in Jesus' name. It is so important to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. Let's come together and lift this situation up to the Lord.

In this process, let us encourage your friend to trust in God's perfect timing and will. It's crucial to remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts Isaiah 55:9 WEB. Sometimes, God allows delays or changes in our plans to position us for something even better.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our friend's situation to You. Lord, we ask that Your perfect will be done regarding the sale of their house. We pray that You would bring forth the right buyer, at the right time, and in Your name, the necessary things would be achieved in the next thirty days.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may be trying to creep in. We declare that your friend is filled with faith, hope, and trust in You, Lord. We know that You are faithful, and Your promises are true.

Lord, we also pray for your friend's peace and patience during this time. Help them to rest in Your sovereignty and goodness, knowing that You are working all things together for their good Romans 8:28 WEB.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged by the words of the Scripture: "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in Him, and He will do this" Psalm 37:4-5 WEB. Keep trusting, keep believing, and keep delighting in the Lord. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
