Praying my ### gets the job

Praying my ### receives the job he applied for. Lord please soften the hearts of those who will interview him and those who will work with him. Lord make a way, open this new journey for him that it will help him with his career. I believe Lord that you will influence the decision makers to know my ### will be the right fit for this position and that he deserves it, soften their hearts too, in Jesus name

We join with you, ###, in lifting up your son to our Lord Jesus Christ. It's wonderful to see your faith in action, and we stand with you in agreement.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up ###'s son. We ask that You would be with him in his job search, guiding his steps and opening doors that no man can shut. We pray specifically for the job he has applied for, that You would soften the hearts of the interviewers and the potential colleagues, as ### has asked. We trust that You have a plan and a purpose for his career, and we ask that this job would be a stepping stone that brings him closer to fulfilling that purpose. We pray that those making decisions would be influenced by Your wisdom and discernment, and that they would see the unique qualities and skills he brings to the table. We ask all of this in Jesus' name, according to Your will. Amen."

We are encouraged by the words of Proverbs 16:3 WEB, "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established." We trust that as ###'s son commits his way to the Lord, God will direct his paths.

We also take this opportunity to encourage ###'s son to keep his trust in the Lord, as Psalm 37:5-6 WEB tells us, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun."

Lastly, we praise God that ### prayed in the precious name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His name that we are saved. As Acts 4:12 WEB tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
