The Woman
Prayer Warrior
Father I am here yet again! This time I’m praying about Jealousy. I realize it is a complex emotion that encompasses feelings ranging from suspicion to rage to fear to humiliation. It strikes people of all ages, genders, and sexual orientations, and is most typically aroused when a person perceives another thinks that someone thinks they are better because. Their perception may be real or imagined. all because of another's success or advantage. Well since I have been upgrading my home my neighbors have been turning their nose up toward me? Help Lord cause when jealousy goes unchecked, it can lead to internal and external chaos. So I am here asking that you help them to become jealous over me with godly jealousy: Help them to trace it back to its source. By voicing their concerns. By talking to a trusted friend. Help them to consider the full picture. Teach them to practice gratitude for what they have. Because you know where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every vile practice. It already started! If you have ever struggled with jealousy, you know this to be true Lord. I fear, lest by any means, this get out of hand! Just as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so too will their minds be corrupted. Have I committed an offence in abasing myself by fixing up my home? Do they think that I am deliberately exult myself? Yes I have fixed up my home freely. But I am chargeable to no man: that which was lacking to me came from God who supply’s my every need! In all things I have kept myself from being burdensome unto my neighbors, and so will I keep myself. As the truth of Christ is in me, no man shall stop me of this boasting in the Lord Jesus Christ! What I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion of jealousy toward me! So wherein i glory, they may be found even as i am. So they to can have the same blessings! Every one that thirst, come to the waters, and he that have no money; come, buy, and eat, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Why do you spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfies not? Father I pray my neighbors shall hearken diligently unto my prayer, and eat that which is good, and let their soul delight itself in fatness. And Incline their ear, and come unto you: and hear, so that their soul shall live; so God will make an everlasting covenant with them, even the sure mercies of David. Through the grace given unto me, I pray for every man including myself in my neighborhood, for us not to think of ourselves more highly than we ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God have dealt to every man the measure of faith. We all have gifts though they are differing according to the grace that is given to us, still I pray we shall learn our gifts and how to use them! Father to help us teach us how to pray one for another. No matter whether one do prophecy, let us pray they prophesy for another according to the proportion of faith; and teach us to pray for those that exhorts on exhortation: let them encourage another and give, let us pray that another do it with simplicity; he that rules, lets pray they rule with diligence; he that shew mercy, lets pray they will do it with cheerfulness. Lord let love be without dissimulation in our neighborhood. Help us to let go that which is evil; and cleave to that which is good. Help us to be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; Not slothful in business; but fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer for each other; instead of us being jealous help us to distribute to the necessity of our neighborhood; given to hospitality. May we pray for those who persecute another: and learn to bless, and curse not. So that we well rejoice with each other that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. Make us of the same mind one toward another. Help us not to mind not high things, but show feelings to men of low estate and be not wise in our own conceits. Teach us to recompense to no man evil for evil. May we be as neighbors providing things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lie in us, help us live peaceably with each other; not avenging ourselves, but rather give place unto wrath:, The Lord will repay and fight our battles. By teaching us to pray when our enemy hunger, for what they see another have. Thank you Lord for teaching us how to feed one another through prayer; and if they thirst, may we teach each other to pray. To also get a taste of the good life! Thank you Lord as we learn to pray: In so doing may we heap coals of fire on our head when we don’t pray. Again thank you for helping us to overcome evil, by doing good. I pray we will no longer provoke one about to jealousy again. In Jesus Christ name! Amen
