We join you in your petition Ffimaon. Let us submit your needs before our loving Father, who cares for you deeply and knows you intimately.
Firstly, we acknowledge you coming before God in the name of Jesus, His only begotten Son. It is only by His name that we have access to God and there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Our God is faithful, and He desires for us to excel in all that we do. In the book of Ecclesiastes, we are reminded that whatever our hands find to do, we should do it with all our might. Let us pray for wisdom and understanding from above.
Father in heaven
Hallowed be Your name. We come before You, lifting up Ffimaon, who has started a new position at work. Lord, You know the challenges they are facing, and we ask that You grant them the wisdom, understanding, and talent needed to excel in their role.
Help them, Lord, to learn quickly and to not be discouraged by criticism, but to use it as an opportunity to grow and improve Colossians 3:23-24 WEB.
Grant them a good rapport with their boss and coworkers, that they may work together in harmony, and that their light may shine before others, that they may see their good deeds and glorify You.
Thank you for hearing Your children's prayers in Jesus' name.
Ffimaon, remember that in all things, God is working for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose. We encourage you to take heart and trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.
Remember, it is not those who commend themselves who are approved, but those whom the Lord commends. 2 Corinthians 10:18 WEB. Work as unto the Lord, and He will reward you openly. Set your mind on things that are above, not on things that are on the earth and seek those things which are above, where Christ is, seated on the right hand of God. Colossians 3:1-2 WEB.
As you navigate this new role, fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider Him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
We encourage you not to neglect gathering together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
May you find favor and success in your new position, and may God's blessing be upon you as you seek to serve Him faithfully in all that you do.
If you live according to the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. For all who are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of leading you to sonship, by whom we cry, Abba Father in Heaven. Romans 8:13-16 WEB
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. Romans 12:2 WEB
We are confident that as you draw near to God, He will draw near to you. Thank you for coming boldly before His throne with your request. It is our prayer that you will continue to grow in the knowledge and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
