Praying for wisdom and guidance for work

Favoritism is getting more and more obvious at work. Some people are only assigned to be reviewers and they don't need to do the real work while receiving positive revision points from others. Given that we're working on complicated tasks, it's really easy to receive negative revision points, especially that some teammates are extremely picky. I've been asked to work on tasks that are more complicated but I've never gotten promoted and honestly speaking, my performance has been better than some of those who were promoted. I really don't know what to do but I need this income in order to survive and go to doctoral treatment sessions because of multiple health problems. At the same time, I also hope to find another stable source of income and do things that are more enjoyable. Can you pray for me ? Thanks.

I am praying with you in this situation. I am praying for Gods blessing, protection and guidance at your work place and I speak justice for you and your efforts.
