Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking understanding and clarity on the matter of praying for forgiveness for the same sin, particularly in the context of sexual immorality. We acknowledge that your Word teaches us to seek forgiveness for our sins and that you are faithful to forgive us when we confess our sins to you. We also understand that you desire for us to turn away from our sins and live a life that is pleasing to you.

Lord, we lift up ### to you, who is seeking guidance and wisdom in this matter. We ask that you grant them discernment and understanding through the power of your Holy Spirit. Help them to grasp the importance of repentance and the need to turn away from sin, including sexual immorality.
