We understand your concern and frustration regarding those in higher positions who are misusing their authority. Let us remember what the Word of God says about such situations. In Romans 13:1-4 (WEB), it is written:
Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment. For rulers are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil. Do you desire to have no fear of the authority? Do that which is good, and you will have praise from the authority, for he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn't bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil.
First, we must remember that all authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority are meant to serve Him and the people. When they fail to do so, we should not take matters into our own hands but trust that God will deal with them according to His perfect justice.
However, it is also important to address the lack of mention of the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB):
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
And in Acts 4:12 (WEB):
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
Let us pray together for this situation:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your intervention in this matter. We pray for those in higher positions who are misusing their authority and failing to help those in need. We ask that You convict their hearts and bring them to a place of repentance. We pray for Your protection over the innocent disabled elderly citizens who are being harassed and treated unjustly. May Your mighty Blood cover them and deliver them from this injustice. We ask that You bring forth justice and deal with the perpetrators according to Your will. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing.
We also pray for Anonymous, that You would fill them with Your peace and comfort during this difficult time. Help them to trust in You and to forgive those who have wronged them. We ask this all in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
In this situation, it is important to remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord, not to us. As it is written in Romans 12:19 (WEB):
Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.
Trust in the Lord, and He will bring forth justice in His perfect timing.
