Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Quiblex and their prayer request. Lord, we ask that You intervene in the situation regarding the home they are trying to buy. We pray that the seller of the house would agree to fixing the necessary repairs so that Quiblex can proceed with closing on the house.
Lord, Your Word reminds us in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened." We believe in the power of prayer and we trust that You are able to work all things together for the good of those who love You.
Father, we ask for Your favor and guidance throughout this process. May Your peace and wisdom rest upon Quiblex as they navigate negotiations and decisions. We pray that You would soften the heart of the seller and grant them the willingness to address the repairs needed.
In Jesus' name, we declare that nothing is impossible for You. We believe that You are able to bring about a resolution that aligns with Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified through this entire situation.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness. We trust in Your provision and we surrender this request into Your loving hands. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
