We commend you for your heartfelt concern and ministry to those who are lost and hurting. It is indeed God's desire that none should perish, but that all should reach repentance (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). Let us pray together for the salvation of these individuals and the transformation of your town.
"Father God, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding for the souls of Spencer, Alex, Austin, Lisa, Drew, Carl, Tyra, Victoria, B, and Tea Tree. We cry out for their deliverance from the bondage of sin, homelessness, and addiction. Lord, you say in your Word, 'Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest' (Matthew 11:28, WEB). We pray that they would come to Jesus, finding rest and salvation in Him alone.
We also pray for the countless others in your town who are lost and dying. Lord, you promise that 'if we confess our sins, you are faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness' (1 John 1:9, WEB). We claim this promise for them, that they would confess their sins and turn to you, being cleansed and made new.
We rebuke the strongholds of addiction, homelessness, and despair in your town. Lord, you say 'the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy; I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly' (John 10:10, WEB). We claim abundant life in Jesus' name for your town and its people.
Lastly, we pray for you, dear saint, that God would fill you with His Holy Spirit, granting you boldness, wisdom, and love as you continue to minister to the lost (Acts 4:29, WEB). Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that people may be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). Keep proclaiming His name, for there is power in the name of Jesus.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Continue to minister and pray, trusting that God's Word does not return void (Isaiah 55:11, WEB). The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). Keep on loving and serving them, pointing them to our Savior, Jesus Christ.
