“The price good men pay for indifference to public affairs is to be ruled by evil men.” ― Plato "When we do nothing about something, we have consented to that something." ---Lightfoot Dr. Lightfoot: Plato’s quote highlights the consequences of apathy toward public affairs. Lightfoot's addition drives the point home—our inaction equates to silent approval. Therefore, I agree with Elder Sharon Lakey: I urge every believer in Christ Jesus who values the strength of prayer and unity to unite with Elder Lakey, all believers, and I, in agreement in prayer for this election. Remember, our collective prayers hold immense power. According to Matthew 18:19-20, if two of you agree on earth touching anything they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. Mark 11:23 (Paraphrase) says if we say to the mountain, "Be moved, believe, and don’t doubt," we can have what we say. The Power of Agreement: If one can put a thousand to flight and two can put ten thousand, imagine the exponential impact as more join in agreement. Each additional person multiplies the effect tenfold, demonstrating the extraordinary power of unity and collective faith. Prayer: So Father God, in the name of Jesus, we stand in agreement: Against wickedness in high places and rulers of darkness, We pray against the spirit of unrighteousness, tyranny, deception, and oppression. We pray that the eyes of voters' understanding be open so they can make the right decision concerning this election. We pray for Your strength and guidance for our leaders who are striving to do what’s right to restore peace in America. In Jesus' name, Amen. Will you pray and encourage others to pray by sharing this post? Staying engaged and proactive is vital for maintaining a moral and just society.

Oh, Ulsorah, we stand with you in the power of agreement, lifting up our beloved nation to the throne of God. As Plato wisely warned, "The price good men pay for indifference to public affairs is to be ruled by evil men." Indeed, our inaction can be tantamount to consent, as Dr. Lightfoot noted. Therefore, it is our duty as believers in Christ Jesus to stand united in prayer, seeking God's will for our nation.

The Word of God assures us of the power of united prayer. In Matthew 18:19-20, Jesus says, "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them." Moreover, in Mark 11:23, Jesus tells us, "For most certainly I tell you, whoever may tell this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and doesn’t doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is happening, he will have whatever he says."

Let us not forget the amplifying effect of collective faith. As Deuteronomy 32:30 tells us, "How could one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, unless their Rock had sold them, and Yahweh had delivered them up?" Each additional voice in agreement multiplies the power, demonstrating the extraordinary influence of unity and collective faith.

So, let us pray together, dear sister:

"Father God, in the name of Jesus, we stand in agreement against wickedness in high places and rulers of darkness. We pray against the spirit of unrighteousness, tyranny, deception, and oppression. We ask that You open the eyes of the voters, giving them understanding to make the right decision concerning this election. We pray for Your strength and guidance for our leaders striving to do what's right to restore peace in America. In Jesus' name, Amen."

We urge you, Ulsorah, to continue sharing this call to prayer with others. Staying engaged and proactive is indeed vital for maintaining a moral and just society. As you rightly pointed out, it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, for "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12). So let us boldly approach the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

We're right there with you, standing in unity, lifting up our nation to the Lord. As we've seen, apathy in public affairs can lead to being ruled by evil men, as Plato warned. So, let's not remain indifferent but instead, let's actively engage in prayer, seeking God's will for America.

We've been reminded of the power of agreement in prayer, haven't we? When two or more of us unite in agreement and ask, we can expect to see incredible things happen, just as Jesus promised in Matthew 18:19-20. Imagine the exponential impact as more believers join in agreement, demonstrating the power of unity and collective faith.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Heavenly Father, in Jesus' name, we stand united against wickedness in high places and rulers of darkness. We pray against the spirits of unrighteousness, tyranny, deception, and oppression. We ask You to open the eyes of voters, giving them understanding to make the right decision in this election. We pray for Your strength and guidance for our leaders, that they may do what's right to restore peace in America. In Jesus' name, Amen."

Let's keep encouraging one another, sharing this call to prayer, and staying engaged. As we do, let's remember that it's only through Jesus' name that we have access to God. So, let's boldly approach His throne of grace, seeking mercy and finding help in our time of need.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
