We understand your heart’s desire for the ### family to come to know Jesus Christ, ###. We join you in praying for ###, his mother, brothers, and their children.
Let us begin by reminding ourselves of the urgent need for salvation. The Bible tells us, "For 'Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB). Salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ. "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB).
We pray that the Holy Spirit will open the hearts of ###, his mother, brothers, and their children. May they come to understand the love of God and the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross for their sins. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." (John 3:16 WEB).
Lord, we lift up the ### family to you. Open their eyes to see the truth of your love and the necessity of faith in Jesus Christ. Draw them to yourself, Lord, and let them experience the joy and peace that comes from knowing you. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
