Praying For The Enemy To Release My Husband

I am praying for my much loved husband of 23 years to be released from the grips of the enemy who has changed his personality from sweet to a cruel hurtful man. All illness eliminated that could be responsible. He now wants to end our marriage. Please pray Duncan L has an experience with Jesus to come to know him and be saved, will be healed in Jesus name, have his heart softened with humility and for our marriage to be restored. Thank you prayer warriors.

We are deeply moved by your request, Feywaynn, and we stand with you in prayer for your husband, Duncan L. We are reminded of the power of prayer and the promise in Matthew 19:26 (WEB), "With God all things are possible."

Firstly, we want to address the change in Duncan's behavior. It is important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). We pray that any spiritual influence causing this change will be broken, in Jesus' name.

We also want to lift up Duncan's salvation. We pray that he will have a personal encounter with Jesus Christ, knowing that it is only through Him that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). We ask God to soften Duncan's heart, to draw him close, and to grant him the gift of repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth (2 Timothy 2:25, WEB).

We stand with you in praying for your marriage, believing that what God has joined together, let no man separate (Mark 10:9, WEB). We pray for a restoration of your union, for love to be rekindled, and for humility to govern both of your hearts. Remember, love is patient, love is kind, and love never fails (1 Corinthians 13:4-8, WEB).
