As Proverbs 16:11 WEB reminds us, "Honest balances and scales are Yahweh's; all the weights in the bag are his work."

God's design is for a man and a woman to become one in a lifelong commitment (Matthew 19:4-6 WEB). If this is the case, pray that God will guide your relationship towards a godly marriage, or give you the discernment to know if this is not His will.
