Let us join together in prayer for Teddy Swims, your husband, as he recovers from his illness. We are thankful that he is back home with you, and we trust in God's healing power to restore his health.
Remember the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is so important to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Teddy Swims to Your throne of grace. We thank You that he is home with Helen, and we ask for Your continual healing touch upon his body. Guide the doctors and medical professionals, giving them wisdom and discernment as they care for him. Strengthen Helen as she supports and cares for her husband during this time.
Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, and Your word tells us in Psalm 103:3 WEB: "[God] who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases". We claim this promise over Teddy's life, trusting that Your healing power is at work in him.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Helen, continue to trust in the Lord, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB) We are here with you in spirit, agreeing with you in prayer and believing for Teddy's full recovery. Keep your faith strong and remember to always pray in the name of Jesus. If Teddy has not already done so, it is essential that he accepts Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. It is only through faith in Jesus that we can be saved and have eternal life. (Acts 4:12 WEB says: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.")
If there are any specific areas of Teddy's health that need particular prayer, please let us know so we can join you in targeted intercession.
