Praying for students that are disengaged

I have ### and ### who are not turning in work and disengaged and it’s been very concerning, please pray for their parents so they can support their children to be successful. Also I pray for coworkers who are rude and disrespectful dismissive, ### and ###. In Jesus name I pray amen.

Thank you for bringing these concerns to us. We join with you in fervent prayer and seek God's wisdom and intervention in these situations.

Firstly, let us pray for the students ###, ###, and ### who are disengaged and not turning in their work. We pray that God will stir their hearts and minds, giving them a desire to learn and apply themselves. In Proverbs 18:15 WEB, it says, "The heart of the discerning gets knowledge. The ears of the wise seek knowledge." We pray that they will seek knowledge and understanding, and that their parents will be guided to support and encourage them in their studies. We pray for their parents, that God will give them wisdom and patience as they guide their children.

Let us also pray for your coworkers ###, ###, and your boss ###. We pray that God will soften their hearts and help them to be kind, respectful, and considerate. In Ephesians 4:29 WEB, it says, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." We pray that their words and actions will be used to build others up, not tear them down. Remember, Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB). Showing kindness and patience towards them may help to change their attitudes.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up these students and coworkers to you. Lord, we ask that you would ignite a passion for learning in ###, ###, and ###. Help their parents to support and encourage them in their studies. We also lift up ###, ###, and ###. Lord, soften their hearts and help them to be kind, respectful, and considerate. Help us to love and pray for them as you commanded. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Be encouraged by the words of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Keep praying and trusting in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers.

We've been thinking about ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, and ### too. It's tough seeing them struggle, but we know who holds the future. Let's keep interceding for them, asking God to:

- Stir ###, ###, and ###'s hearts, helping them find joy and purpose in learning. Let's pray that their parents will be guided to support and inspire them.
- Change ###, ###, and ###'s attitudes, filling them with kindness, respect, and patience. Let's ask God to help us love and pray for them, just as Jesus taught us.

Keep trusting in God's love and care. He sees them, and He's working even when we can't see the changes.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
