Praying for strength

Hello...my request today is I want you to help me pray for strength...the other time there was a possibility of my girlfriend being pregnant,well today we have done the test and she is pregnant...it was not expected but ave chose to support her and I pray for strength and wisdom even as we tell our parents about it l pray God makes it easier for us to revel it to them

Firstly, let's remember what the WEB says about children: "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward" (Psalm 127:3). This child is a blessing from God, and we pray that you and your girlfriend will see this life as such.

However, we must address the fact that this pregnancy is a result of premarital sex, which the Bible calls fornication. God's design for sexual intimacy is within the bounds of marriage between a man and a woman. "Now concerning the things about which you wrote to me: it is good for a man not to touch a woman. But because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband" (1 Corinthians 7:1-2). We encourage you both to repent of this sin and seek God's forgiveness. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).

We also notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.' How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard?" (Romans 10:13-14). We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus if you haven't already, and to pray in His name.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Bankanmur and his girlfriend. Lord, they need Your strength and wisdom as they navigate this unexpected pregnancy. We ask that You guide them as they share this news with their parents, and we pray for softened hearts and understanding from their families.

Lord Jesus, we also pray for forgiveness for their sin, and we ask that You help them turn away from it. Help them to see this child as a blessing, and to honor You in their actions moving forward.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

Bankanmur, we encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's will for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
