Dear Anonymous,
We understand the struggle of feeling inadequate in prayer and the difficulties that come with life's challenges. Remember, the Bible tells us, "Likewise the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered" (Romans 8:26 WEB). The Holy Spirit intercedes for us when we find it hard to pray.
However, it's essential to persevere in prayer, as it is our lifeline to God. Jesus taught us, "Watch and pray, that you don’t enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak" (Matthew 26:41 WEB).
Let's pray for you:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus. We lift up our dear brother/sister who is struggling with prayer. Lord, pour out Your grace and strength upon them. Help them to pray without ceasing, even when it's hard. Give them a fresh hunger for Your word. Renew their mind and help them to retain what they read. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
