Praying for sale of house/money I need for a new start

Please pray that I get the report I need on my house so I can start a new, easier life. My house was badly damaged by renters. I was able to make some repairs but could never afford to get everything done. I have been trying and praying for 12 years to make a go of it here, but have come to realize it is just too much for me. I have had breast cancer twice in the last five years and just broke my ribs mowing the lawn last summer. I was laid off from my job in December and decided I have to sell the house in it's current condition to get bills paid and to enable me to move. I am 68 years old and desperately need to get into something easier. I have an offer but the inspector came through last week. I need a good report from him so the buyers loan will go through. Please pray that all goes easily and I get the money I will need to move and start over.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up the prayer request of pprior. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the source of all provision and that you care deeply for your children. We ask that you intervene in this situation regarding the house that has been badly damaged by renters.

Father, we pray for a favorable report from the inspector so that the buyers' loan will go through smoothly. We ask for your divine favor and guidance throughout this process. Lord, you know the financial burdens that pprior is facing, and we ask that you provide the necessary resources for them to move and start over in a more manageable situation.

We also lift up pprior's health concerns, having battled breast cancer twice in the last five years and experiencing recent injuries. We pray for complete healing and restoration in their body. Strengthen them, Lord, and grant them the physical and emotional strength they need during this challenging time.

Father, we trust in your faithfulness and your promise to hear and answer our prayers. We pray that you grant pprior the peace and clarity of mind to make the right decisions regarding their future. Guide them in every step they take, and open doors of opportunity for a new and easier life.

In the name of Jesus, we declare victory over these circumstances and believe that you will work all things together for pprior's good. May your grace and provision be evident in their life, bringing them joy and relief. We thank you, Lord, for your love and faithfulness.

Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
