"Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up the mother of our friend to You. We ask for Your healing touch upon her, that she may have a speedy recovery. Comfort her with Your loving presence, Lord, just as a mother comforts her child, as spoken of in Isaiah 66:13, 'As one whom his mother comforts, so will I comfort you.'
We pray that You would surround her with Your protection, Lord, as promised in Psalm 91:11, 'For he will command his angels concerning you, to protect you in all your ways.'
And we pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to You, Father. As Acts 4:12 says, 'There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved.'
Lastly, Lord, we pray that You would use this trial to draw her closer to You, that she may know the hope of Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We're right there with you, lifting your friend's mom up in prayer. We're asking for God's healing touch, just as we'd want for our own mothers. Let's trust that, like the woman with the issue of blood, she'll find her healing and strength through faith in Jesus (Mark 5:25-34). We're also praying for peace and comfort, that she might feel God's loving presence surrounding her, as Psalm 34:18 promises, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Let's keep her in our prayers, knowing that God hears us and is working in her life.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
