Praying for reconciliation with my soulmate

Oh, hello, I've never posted here before.

To cut short a long a story, my long-distance soulmate and I got into an argument over the former wanting to me to move to the south with him. Since he's left, I've been praying and waiting for reconciliation ever since. Our relationship wasn't perfect, no, but there's love and I truly love him. Relatedly, he's dealing with a lot of things offline. My heart hurts and I truly want him back.

All I can say, concretely, is that faith says he'll come back and that we'll reconcile. That faith is all that I have.

The Bible says, "If we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us." (1 John 5:14 WEB). Trust that God has a plan for you both, even if it's not clear right now.

However, we must address that the term 'soulmate' is not a biblical concept. God calls us to love and commit within the bounds of a holy marriage, not based on emotional or spiritual compatibility alone. Also, it's crucial to address that living together before marriage is not in line with biblical principles, as it can lead to temptation and sin.

Let us pray for you both:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Duniog and her loved one. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in their lives and their relationship. We pray for their reconciliation if it aligns with Your will. Please comfort Duniog's heart and help her to trust in You. Give her patience and wisdom to navigate this situation. We also pray for her loved one, that You would draw him closer to You and help him in the struggles he's facing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
