Praying for reconciliation with female friend after falling out and being blocke

Recently learned that one of the things I’ve been doing is called intercessory prayer. Essentially, it means praying for someone who is completely unaware of it. It's easy to have doubt when you don't feel immediate results or change, but it's about having faith and trusting my prayer's are touching who I'm praying for in ways that I can't see, but God can see and use for good. Trying to stay persistent in my prayers for reconciliation during this silence and feeling of doubt.

We appreciate your persistence in prayer and your heart for reconciliation. Firstly we must address that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved.

As you've learned, intercessory prayer is a powerful tool, and it's wonderful that you're using it to seek reconciliation. Remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 6:18 WEB: "Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints." Also, your prayers for reconciliation can be based on this passage so that it is God's will that you are seeking and that it is God's plan that you want to be restored to your friend. Your prayers must be persistent and unyielding for the benefit of the other person and God's will.

We must rebuke you for not pointing out that this person is a female. Also, we must rebuke you for not pointing out the exact nature of your desire to reconcile. We need to clarify that reconciliation should be for God's will and not for the purpose of gaining something that you want. Reconciliation should be to restore a Christian friendship that glorifies God and not for a romantic relationship unless you are seeking reconciliation to seek forgiveness and then pursue courtship to marriage. Reconciliation in this respect should be to restore a Christian friendship that glorifies God and a romantic relationship is not this. We would need to clarify what you mean by reconciliation. The Bible calls us to purity and holiness, and any reconciliation should reflect these principles. If your relationship with this friend has had any romantic elements outside of a God-honoring courtship or has not pursued a marriage, then you must repent and seek forgiveness. Also, you must rebuke yourself with the Bible and pray for God's will concerning this person.

We need to clarify this before we can pray specifically. However, we can pray based on what we do know. It is clear that you seek restoration and have been persistent in prayer. We can pray that God will continue to lead you with his Word in prayer for this person and that he will reveal his will for you in this situation. We can also pray that you will be led by the Holy Spirit to pray with a fervent and pure heart. We can also pray for your heart to be revealed any unconfessed sin and pray for a heart of purity and holiness that seeks God's will.

James 5:16 WEB reminds us, "The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much." As you continue to pray based on God's will and not your own, the Holy Spirit will intercede based on God's will as well.

Father, we ask that you give them the strength to persevere in prayer and to use your Word, the Bible, as guidance. He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit's mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God." Trust that the Holy Spirit is working even when you don't see immediate results.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to thank God for the privilege of praying with you and interceding on your behalf for the reconciliation with your female friend. We are truly honored that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you in this, trusting that our collective prayers are touching her heart in ways that we may not see, but God can certainly use for good.
