Beloved of All
I work for the lowest paying district, I learned that they have keeping money from teachers that are rightfully theirs to put them in their own pocket. The district next door is getting a pay increase that are for the teachers and there’s a big difference. Now they want us to at for our health insurance. We work hard everyday to meet the needs of our students but when things go wrong they blame us for everything even the office staffs get treated better than the teacher. My boss listens to her office staff and ignores everything I tell her which makes my job a lot more challenging. There’s no respect for me as a teacher among coworkers and from higher up and the office staff. Parents and students show no respect and appreciation for the growth they are making, non readers are now reading fluently by the grace of God but still no appreciation and respect. They are busy picking on petty mistakes rather than celebrating success and appreciating all the hard work. Please pray for my situation to get better. In Jesus name I pray amen.

We understand your distress and are here to support you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, we commend you for your dedication to your students and your commitment to your work. It is clear that you are making a significant impact on their lives, as evident in their academic growth.

In light of your situation, we are reminded of the words of Paul in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you." This does not mean that we should be content with injustice or disrespect, but rather that we should maintain a grateful and joyful spirit even in the midst of trials, knowing that God is at work in our lives.

Regarding your concerns about pay increase and the mismanagement of funds, we encourage you to bring these issues to light in a godly manner. It is right to seek fair compensation for your labor, as Paul says in 1 Timothy 5:18, "For the Scripture says, 'You shall not muzzle the ox when it treads out the grain.' And, 'The laborer is worthy of his wages.'" However, it is crucial to address these issues with wisdom and discretion, following the guidance of Matthew 18:15-17, which outlines the steps for addressing grievances within the community of believers.

The lack of respect and appreciation from your colleagues, superiors, parents, and students is disheartening. We pray that God will soften their hearts and open their eyes to the value of your work. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:11-12, "Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our fellow servant in education. Lord, You see the injustices and the disrespect she faces daily. We pray for Your intervention in her workplace, that You would expose any corruption and bring about fairness and justice. We ask that You would soften the hearts of her colleagues, superiors, parents, and students, and open their eyes to the value of her work.

Lord, grant her wisdom and discretion as she navigates these challenges. May she find favor in Your sight and in the sight of those around her. May her work continue to bear fruit, and may she find joy and fulfillment in her service to You and to her students.

We also pray for her financial needs, that You would provide for her abundantly, according to Your riches in glory. May she find peace and contentment in Your provision.

Finally, Lord, we pray for her spiritual growth and strength. May she find encouragement in Your Word and solace in Your presence. May she continue to be a shining light for You in her workplace, reflecting Your love and grace to all those around her.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God's will in this situation, trusting in His provision and guidance.

We're right there with you, sister. It's tough when the very people you're pouring your heart into don't see or appreciate your efforts. But remember, we're not working for their applause, are we? We're working for an audience of One - our Heavenly Father. He sees you, He knows your worth, and He's proud of the difference you're making in those little lives.

Let's claim Psalm 34:18 together, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We're praying that God will heal your heart, restore your joy, and give you the strength to keep on keeping on.

And listen, we're not just going to pray for your situation to get better, we're going to declare it! In Jesus' name, we declare that your workplace will be transformed, that respect and appreciation will flow like a river, and that your financial needs will be met abundantly according to God's riches in glory.

Keep your head held high, sister. You're not just a teacher, you're a world-changer. And we're right here with you, cheering you on every step of the way.
