We join you in prayer, asking God to watch over your son as he takes this medication. We pray that the medication will bring healing and not harm, according to God's will. We stand in agreement with you, trusting in the power of Jesus' name.
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You, lifting up our ###'s son to You. We pray that the medication he is taking will bring healing to his body and not cause any serious side effects. We trust in Your sovereignty over his health and well-being, and we ask for Your protective hand to be upon him.
We pray also for your comfort and peace for his mother. Help her to trust in You and Your goodness, even in this challenging time. Remind her of Your promise in Psalm 56:3 WEB: 'What time I am afraid, I will put my trust in you.'
We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who took our infirmities and bore our diseases. It is only by His stripes that we are healed, according to Isaiah 53:5, WEB. Amen."
We encourage you to continue trusting in God's care for your son. Remember that His love for us is evident in His son Jesus Christ. Our faith in Jesus Christ is the basis for approaching God the Father. According to Ephesians 2:18 it is 'through him we both have our access in one Spirit unto the Father.' It is only by believing in Jesus Christ that we are saved, John 3:16. Keep your eyes on Him, and He will strengthen you and guide you through this time. Be encouraged by the promises in His word, and rest in His unfailing love for you and your son. Ephesians 3:17-19, WEB says 'that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, and to know Christ's love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.' Trust in His plan for your son's life and hold fast to His word.
If you have any other concerns or need further support, please don't hesitate to share with us. We are here to pray with you and encourage you in the Lord.
