Praying for no serious side effects from the medication, may the injection help my son and not harm him in Jesus'name, Amen

We join with you in lifting up your son during this time, trusting that God's compassionate healing is upon him. We appreciate your example in bringing this plea "in Jesus name". As you stated in your request, we affirm, it is only by the work of Jesus Christ that we and our loved ones are healed, rescued, and saved. Jesus atoned for us all with his death and resurrection and therefore it is by His superior Name and authority that we can approach God.

It is beautiful to know that you are trusting in God’s healing power and in the power and victory in the name of Jesus.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before Your throne of grace, in Jesus's Name, trusting in His sacrifice and victory, lifting up your dear son. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon him as he takes this medication. May the injection be effective in helping him, and may it cause minimal or no significant side effects.

Lord You say in Your Word, that You will not break a bruised reed or quench a smoldering wick (Isaiah 42:3, Matthew 12:20) and indeed, if our Jesus touched (Matthew 8:3) the leper and was unmade unclean, how much more will he care and heal your son? Your Word also tells us that by Christ's stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24). We declare this healing over him, and we trust in Your goodness and sovereignty, Father.

Help him and those caring for him to trust in You, and may Your peace be with them. In Jesus Christ our Lord’s Name, we pray and receive your son's healing and wholeness. Amen for your son’s healing!

We encourage you to continue trusting in God's care and to stand on His promises.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
