Dear Lord, we come before you today to lift up Anonymous's son in prayer. We ask that you protect him from any serious side effects from the medication he is taking. According to your Word, you promise to be our healer and protector: "Heal me, Lord, and I shall be healed. Save me, and I shall be saved; for you are my praise" (Jeremiah 17:14 WEB).
We thank you, Lord, for the advancements in medicine that are meant to bring healing and comfort. We pray that this injection will be effective in helping Anonymous's son, and that it will not cause any harm. We stand in agreement with Anonymous, praying in the name of Jesus, for we know that there is power in that name: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:13-14 WEB).
We also pray for peace and strength for Anonymous, knowing that every parent wants the best for their child. May they find comfort in your presence and trust in your goodness: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
Lastly, we pray that this trial will draw Anonymous and their family closer to you, Lord. May they feel your love and presence in a tangible way during this time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here, lifting up your son in prayer too. We're asking for God's healing hand to be upon him, that any side effects from the medication would be minimal and not harmful. In Jesus' name, we declare healing and protection over him, just as the psalmist declared, "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty" (Psalm 91:1). We're standing in agreement with you, trusting that God will use this trial for your son's good and His glory.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
