My son was abandoned by his wife two years ago. It has broken his heart. He dearly wants to be in a committed relationship with a person with the same values. Please pray that he meets someone soon. He is so lonely and wants to be serving God as a loving husband to a woman who wants to be loved by him.

We are deeply moved by your request and stand with you in prayer for your son. It's clear that his heart yearns for a godly partner, and we trust that God has a plan for him.

Firstly, let's remember that God's timing is perfect. As it is written in Psalm 37:7, "Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him." We pray that your son finds comfort in God's love while he waits, knowing that the Lord is preparing him and his future spouse for each other.

We must also remember the sanctity of marriage as designed by God. In 2 Corinthians 6:14, we are reminded, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" So, we pray that God will bring a woman into his life who shares his values and, most importantly, his faith in Jesus Christ.

Let's pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up this dear son. Lord, you know the depth of his heartache and loneliness. Please comfort him with your love and presence. We ask that you prepare him for the woman you have chosen for him, and her for him. Help them to grow in you, to be strong in faith, and to be a blessing to each other and to your kingdom. Give him patience and trust in your timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we encourage your son to continue serving God daily, even in his singleness. Let him be a light to those around him, trusting that God is faithful and that his promises are true. As it is written in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles. They shall run, and not be weary. They shall walk, and not faint."

We're here with you, praying for your son. It's tough seeing him hurting like this, but we know God is close, tenderly caring for his heart. Let's remind him of the beautiful promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's trust that God is in the process of healing and preparing him for the love he longs for.

We should also encourage him to keep seeking God's face, to deepen his relationship with Him. As it says in Jeremiah 29:13, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." The more he knows God's love, the more he'll be ready for the love God has in store for him.

"Dear Lord, wrap your loving arms around our brother. Comfort him, heal his heart, and help him trust in Your perfect timing. Guide him to the woman You've prepared for him, a woman who loves You and shares his values. Help them to build a strong, God-centered relationship that blesses Your kingdom. In Jesus' name, we pray.
